Grace Weselman, a Vice President at Vantex Commercial Property Group, formerly Vantage Houston, joined the organization in 1998 and was appointed a Vice President in 2005. Her responsibilities include promoting the company’s name and its properties through the various marketing avenues available in the industry. She works closely with the Vantex Partners continuing to enhance the relationships with the financial institutions and industry organizations. Ms. Weselman is responsible for the creation of all marketing materials and their distribution to the appropriate parties. Additionally, she coordinates all marketing events and supports the marketing team in interfacing with the broker community.

Previous real estate background included seven years as vice president external operations for ONCOR International, a commercial real estate consortium of 45 companies worldwide.

Prior to working in the real estate industry, Ms. Weselman held various sales and marketing positions with United Airlines, Continental Airlines and Intercontinental Hotels.
