Stephen Dunn is Executive Vice President / Partner of Vantex Commercial Property Group (formerly Vantage Houston, LLC).

A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Dunn has over 22 years property management and construction experience. A 20-year veteran of the Vantage Companies, Mr. Dunn holds the position of executive vice president for the Houston operations. His responsibilities include assisting in the development and construction process of new projects and tenant improvement build out along with overseeing business operations.

Prior to moving to Houston, Mr. Dunn was senior vice president of property management for the Dallas operations where his duties included management supervision, construction and development management, acquisitions and dispositions, environmental supervision, budgeting and financial reporting and management of a portfolio consisting of 4 million square feet.

Mr. Dunn has received the Certified Property Managers designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas
