Steve Jaggard is Chief Executive Officer/Partner of Vantex Commercial Property Group (formerly Vantage Houston, LLC). Vantex is a commercial development firm specializing in warehouse and distribution properties. Mr. Jaggard’s primary responsibility is to seek out acquisition, development and management opportunities in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. In addition he oversees the acquisition, design and construction, leasing, management and ultimate disposition of the properties.

Prior to joining the Vantage Companies, Mr. Jaggard served as President and CEO of ONCOR International, a top ranked independent commercial real estate firm dedicated to service clients with needs in multiple locations. Under his regime the system grew from 33 to more than 45 companies with over 115 offices worldwide.

Prior to ONCOR International, Mr. Jaggard was President and CEO of The Horne Company Houston, a full-service commercial brokerage and property management firm.

Mr. Jaggard began his real estate career in 1971 as a commercial and industrial real estate broker with the Denver offices of Grubb and Ellis. In 1976 he joined the Vantage Companies as a marketing executive. He was later named President of Vantage’s Houston Division, where he was responsible for management of all real estate development, financing, marketing and property management services within greater Houston, San Antonio and Austin. While at Vantage, Mr. Jaggard has been involved in the development of business parks that included the building, leasing and sale of more than 10 million square feet of office and industrial space.

Among his many professional affiliations, Mr. Jaggard is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and sits on the Board of Directors of the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He is a graduate of the University of Memphis and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Texas.
