Todd King joined Vantex Commercial Property Group in September 2009. His focus is on new business initiatives in the Houston market including new management and leasing assignments, build-to-suit opportunities, acquisitions and new development opportunities.

Prior to joining Vantex, Mr. King’s commercial real estate experience included principal and partnership roles in the development and leasing of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mixed use projects with Opus West Corporation and Transwestern. In the past ten years, Mr. King has directed over 3,000,000 SF of project development. He also has extensive project leasing experience and successfully implemented specially tailored leasing programs for a portfolio of institutional and entrepreneurial clients.

Mr. King is a past president of NAIOP and remains on the Board of Directors as well as the National Board Representative for the Houston Chapter. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and achieved his CCIM designation, and is an associate SIOR member. He received his MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas, and his BBA from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas.
