Walter Menuet is a Vice President at Vantex Commercial Property Group, formerly Vantage Houston, LLC.

Mr. Menuet is a 24-year veteran of Vantage Houston. Mr. Menuet currently oversees the marketing and leasing of over 4 million square feet of real estate in the Greater Houston industrial market, consisting of Vantex-owned developments, as well as a group of third-party properties owned by REIT’s and private individuals.

Responsibilities include marketing, lease negotiation, tenant retention, acquisition and disposition of assets, and management of third-party accounts. Over the last ten years at Vantage, Mr. Menuet has closed over 250 transactions with a total dollar value of $70,000,000. He is widely recognized as one of the best veteran landlord reps in Houston and has leased over 6 million square feet of space.

Mr. Menuet is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
